AI Engineering Product Manager – Remote
A leading technology team is hiring an AI Engineering Product Manager to drive delivery across AI, backend and frontend engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery plans for active engineering workstreams.
- Manage scope, dependencies, capacity and delivery timelines.
- Break complex product requirements into engineering-sized tasks.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and requirements.
- Coordinate Backend, Frontend, AI and automation teams.
- Run planning, standups, refinement, demos and retrospectives.
- Track delivery risks and provide solutions before escalation.
- Manage release planning, QA, UAT and post-release verification.
- Work closely with structural and detailing engineers.
- Convert domain knowledge into deterministic and testable requirements.
- Maintain product decisions, requirements and domain rules.
- Improve delivery metrics such as cycle time, predictability and defect rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding of software development.
- Experience working with AI/ML and engineering teams.
- Ability to understand technical architecture and read code.
- Strong product delivery and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, PLM, EDA or simulation products is highly valuable.
- Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured product specifications.
