AI Engineering Product Manager – Remote

A leading technology team is hiring an AI Engineering Product Manager to drive delivery across AI, backend and frontend engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery plans for active engineering workstreams.
  • Manage scope, dependencies, capacity and delivery timelines.
  • Break complex product requirements into engineering-sized tasks.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and requirements.
  • Coordinate Backend, Frontend, AI and automation teams.
  • Run planning, standups, refinement, demos and retrospectives.
  • Track delivery risks and provide solutions before escalation.
  • Manage release planning, QA, UAT and post-release verification.
  • Work closely with structural and detailing engineers.
  • Convert domain knowledge into deterministic and testable requirements.
  • Maintain product decisions, requirements and domain rules.
  • Improve delivery metrics such as cycle time, predictability and defect rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong technical understanding of software development.
  • Experience working with AI/ML and engineering teams.
  • Ability to understand technical architecture and read code.
  • Strong product delivery and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, PLM, EDA or simulation products is highly valuable.
  • Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured product specifications.
